Cheryl's Favorite layout....

Tell us about your favorite layout you have ever completed? My favorite layout is “Punta Cana Paradise.” I love the photo of my daughter - I used the color accent function on my camera to teach the pink to show up and make the rest of the photo black and white. I then selected all the fun embellishments that I had been saving that matched the color scheme. I also used a transparency and paint marker for the first time on this layout. It all went together so fast.

What do you love the most about scrapping? I love learning new techniques, using fun embellishments, and the relaxing effect it has on me.

What do you dislike the most about scrapbooking? Putting my layouts into the page protectors and albums!! There has to be a better way! I usually sit down once a year and wrestle with 300+ layouts and learn some new swear words along the way!

What topic do you find the most difficult to scrap? Anything that involves photos with unpleasant memories.

Have you ever taught a scrapbooking class? No, but I am a Certified Fiskars Demonstrator.

What type of camera do you use? Canon PowerShot SD750

I can't imagine my life without ...My daughter! She inspires me and she's a wonderful subject to scrapbook!
