My journaling challenge is to journal about your "word of the year" if you chose one and how it is progressing. Is it changing your life, or have you completely forgotten about it? And, if you didn't choose a word for the year, what would you choose and why?

My word of the year was SMILE, I have yet to scrap it so thanks for the gentle push this is a wonderful idea.
