Stacey sent in a favorite scrapbooking technique today.
"Stamping with paint is a new favorite of mine. I did this as an assignment for the paint class at www.feelingscrappy.com. I used different cups, lids and bottle caps to dip in paint and create the design on this layout. Such a fun way to create a unique look. "

REbecca, I made the dots with the tip of a paint brush dipped in paint. Some of the smaller dotted circles were made with the top of a water bottle that had little dots where it was connected to the bottle (THat probably doesn't even make sense...not sure how to explain it! LOL)
